Balance Class |
Linda Adams of Gentle Wellness 4 Life will teach exercises to promote balance. With aging balance ability usually diminishes which can cause deadly falls. With simple & effective exercises our sense of balance can be improved. Let Linda Adams teach you how it can be done. This class should help you incorporate the balance theory you learned in the sense of balance that was previously conducted. But you do not have to take the theory class to benefit from the exercise. |

Let's Dance |
Enjoy our non-stop elegant ballroom dance music! Join us at "Let's Dance!" at the Senior Center Evergreen ballroom each week. Dancers, guests, listeners, beginners always welcome. And it's all free! Waltz, Rumba, Swing, Fox Trot, Tango, and more (and you do not need a partner for our six Line Dances). We currently average between 40 and 50 dancers each week. | No Cost |
Line Dance |
For students who are new to line dancing, or would like to brush up on the basic dances. This class covers a variety of elements used in line dancing i.e. Vine Steps, Shuffle Steps, turns, the calls and more. Pilates is a system of exercises that emphasizes the strengthening of the abdominal, lower back, hips, inner/outer thighs, and toning your body. Notable results include improved posture, increased flexibility, stress reduction, more energy, balance, coordination. Wear comfortable clothing.
