The Gore Aquatic Facility , fitness equipment, aerobic classes and line dancing are some of the activities that provide an avenue for people to retain and improve their physical abilities. Over 100 people a day spend time exercising in the warm therapeutic 20ft. X 60ft. pool. The fitness room, managed by Cardio Kinetics, provides an opportunity for people to exercise in a supervised environment using a program designed specifically for them. Other fitness options round out the activities with new ones being added as interest is shown.
